faulty air conditioning small pool
the free shuttle to the airport was acceptable.
The air conditioning barely worked. It only cooled the room by a couple of degrees. i asked about it, and staff admitted the air conditioning wasn't great in other rooms either. the pool looked nothing like the pictures online. It was small and didn't appear clean.

The free airport shuttle was acceptable I guess
The room was smaller than expected. The air conditioning did not work so I had to open the window. The noise from the nearby highway kept me awake all night I swear.

The shuttle service proved very helpful for getting to and from the airport. it ran frequently, a detail i appreciated. the staff was friendly. They seemed genuinely eager to assist guests. the room was generally clean, with fresh linens and a tidy bathroom.
the air conditioning did not cool the room effectively. the temperature remained uncomfortably warm throughout the night, a detail i found frustrating. the noise from outside was quite noticeable, particularly early in the morning. i heard sounds from the nearby road. the television was difficult to operate. it was hard to find the channels i wanted.

efficient shuttle friendly staff convenient location
the complimentary airport shuttle was very efficient. the hotel staff was helpful and friendly! the location is very convenient, close to the metro for easy access to the city. i found several restaurants and shops near the hotel.
The hotel pool hours were a bit limited. I wished it stayed open later.

the breakfast was very good. the airport shuttle was convenient and reliable. the room was clean and had a good selection of tv channels.
the bedroom was too noisy and i had problems with the door lock. some employees at the front desk seemed like robots without many smiles. the restaurant's staff was gruff and the food was not very good there.
