the complimentary airport shuttle was very efficient. the hotel staff was helpful and friendly! the location is very convenient, close to the metro for easy access to the city. i found several restaurants and shops near the hotel.
The hotel pool hours were a bit limited. I wished it stayed open later.

the location is very close to the airport. a free shuttle operates to and from the terminals. the breakfast buffet had a great variety. i especially enjoyed the fresh fruit and pastries.
the air conditioning did not adequately cool the room. it only lowered the temperature slightly, uncomfortable. i was offered another room, but the air conditioning was reported to be similar or worse there.

the breakfast was very good. the airport shuttle was convenient and reliable. the room was clean and had a good selection of tv channels.
the bedroom was too noisy and i had problems with the door lock. some employees at the front desk seemed like robots without many smiles. the restaurant's staff was gruff and the food was not very good there.
